PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1

TERMLY

Pay the whole terms fees in full by the allocated date on the invoice.

Term 1 fees due by end of January

Term 2 fees due by end of April

Term 3 fees due by end of September

If you pay your bill in full for the term, you will receive a £10 credit at the end of each term providing that your account has no outstanding balance. (This is only applicable to pupils who do 3 or more core subjects and do not already have their fees discounted).

OPTION 2

MONTHLY

Pay the monthly fee for that term (as calculated by Footloose) by the 15th of each month.

Please note: the amount you pay may vary each month depending on the number of weeks in each term.

Term 1 Payments due:

1) 15th Feb 2) 15th Mar 3) 15th Apr

Term 2 Payments due:

1) 15th May 2) 15th June 3) 15th July

Term 3 Payments due:

1) 15th Sep 2) 15th Oct 3) 15th Nov

OPTION 3

YEARLY

This option is only available to pupils whose classes do not change throughout the course of the year and allows for payment to be spread across 12 equal payments during the year.

If you would  like to know what your/your child's monthly payment would be, details are available upon request.

Only available with a STO paid on 15th of every calendar month and for children doing 2 or more core subjects per week.

WAYS TO PAY

Electronic Banking - Standing Order/BACS/Direct Debit - minimum spend of £10.00

Cash - To be handed in, in an envelope and clearly marked with pupil's name

LESSONS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR EVEN IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND, AS THE RENTAL FOR THE HALL HAS TO BE PAID FOR REGARDLESS

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you have two or more children in your family attending Ballet, Disco, Tap and Theatre Craft at Footloose, and one of your children attends more than one dance subject, there will be a £5 discount for the second child per term.

LATE PAYMENT FEES

If your payment, regardless of which payment plan option you choose, isn't received by the allocated date on your invoice, you will automatically receive a £10 admin charge per month.
